HANDLING & TRANSPORT
- Hold your cake by the bottom of the box. (never hold the sides)
- ⁠Transport your cake flat in the footwell of the front passenger seat. (Do not place on any seat!)
* Ensure your vehicles air conditioning is on whilst travelling

STORAGE

- Ensure your cake is always sat flat & kept in the box until ready to serve
- ⁠Store in a fridge and remove 2 hours before cutting/serving
- ⁠Store leftover cake in an airtight container or clingfilm.
- ⁠Best consumed within 5 days.

- Remove all inedible items prior to serving (internal supports, decorations & toppers)
